Why do I need to create an account?
In order for you to design postcards, or place orders at Postcard Services, we need to have a place for you to save your work. By creating an account you create your own Account Area where you can save designs for future editing and/or reordering.

Standard Mailing Lists Formats

When sending us your mailing list, it will need to be in a particular format. The image below shows the proper format in Microsoft Excel. Please make sure to place each item in its proper column. For example, you would need 6 columns if you were using the persons First, Last, Address, City, State, Zip.

File Types

Our upload tool accepts XLS (Excel files), CSV (Comma Separated Values, also called "Comma-delimited") and ZIP files. The CSV (Comma Delimited) file is preferred. If you have any of the following files .txt, .tab, .dbf, you can email them to us instead at sales@postcardservices.com.

NCOA - National Change Of Address Service

This software matches your mailing list to the USPS database of address changes and updates it with current move information where available. This results in a cleaner, more efficient mailing list. This service is free when you mail with us.
